Guest：We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. and were informed that check-in would be available at 2:00 p.m., so we went out to explore while waiting. When we returned at the confirmed time, the room was still not ready and we were asked to wait for another hour, which was disappointing. To compensate, the hotel provided a lower-category room than what we originally booked as a temporary room while waiting for check-in. The hotel itself is quite old, showing its age, but the room was spacious and there were some toys for children, which was a plus for families. However, the baby cot was uncomfortable.
