However, the experience is occasionally marred by a lingering gap between local customs and global hospitality standards. I encountered a regrettable incident involving second-hand smoke from a neighbor who had left their door ajar—a lapse in guest etiquette that suggests somewhat lax enforcement of regulations. To their credit, the management’s response was swift and apologetic, facilitating an immediate room change. Nevertheless, to truly align the environment with the staff’s high caliber, a stricter deterrent—such as raising the smoking penalty from 500 CNY to upwards of 1,000 CNY—would be a prudent adjustment. 这家酒店以无微不至的服务和极高的卫生标准脱颖而出，其性价比令人印象深刻。地理位置亦十分优越，毗邻奥乐齐 (Aldi) 超市及大型购物中心，生活机能极佳。然而，令人遗憾的是，部分住客的陈旧陋习与国际通行的住宿礼仪尚存差距。我曾遭遇邻房住客开门吸烟，导致烟味弥漫室内的不悦经历，这反映出酒店在执行禁烟规定上稍显松懈。值得称赞的是，员工的危机处理敏捷而得体，迅速为我更换了房间。但我依然建议酒店将违规吸烟的罚金从500元提升至1000元以上，以加大震慑力度，从而维护与其优质服务相匹配的居住环境。: 2025-12-01

Guest：I really enjoyed my stay here! Appreciate for the help in a reception desk, especially Iris ( hope I’m not mistaken). Everyone are so helpful, room was cleaned daily, towels white and clean as I like. The most I liked there that the hotel is non-smoking! The location is amazing, 10 minutes walk from the subway station, FAMILY MART just cross the road, bank, coffee shops are everything around. This year i plan to visit Shanghai again and I definitely will stay here!: 2025-12-01
