这酒店应该是属于比较老式的星级酒店，装修风格稍微有点点落伍，但设施维护做的很好，而且地理位置好。尤其是软件的优异完全覆盖了硬件的短板，从进门起就能感受到大堂里每一位大厦成员带给你的亲切感和安全感，前台几位美女的微笑和热忱细节的服务。客房清洁做的也非常的乾净整洁，不管是差旅和还是短住都非常的适合，价格也很具有竞争力，值得推荐！

广州weather is wonderful these 2 days. Fine weather and day temp at about 24 degree Celsius. The hotel is not new but well maintained. Room is big and clean. Located in 天河district with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby! All staff are polite and helpful. ??????

It’s a business hotel that house within a building that consist some businesses and offices. The hotel provide free self laundry and gym facilities. Hotel provide toiletries and daily housekeeping. Beds are comfortable. Hotel provide free WiFi. The only annoy issue was if the weather is cold, their air conditioning will be slightly warmer and no way we can adjust cooler but they do provide stand fans. If weather is hot, air conditioning is good. Lastly I faced paranormal activities during my stay but all good. So may avoid rooms located at level 13.

Good hotel with excellent service team especially the cafe for breakfast. Special thanks to the chef Zhang and team where he can remember what we like . We stayed for 5 nights in the family room . Your warmest make our day. The hotel is old yet the service is good.

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to many major shopping malls such as Taikoo Hui, One Link Walk, Wan Jia, Parc Central, Tianhe Mall, Shi Shang Tianhe, and Tiyu Xi Road. It was very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room was a bit aging and not very modern, but it was spacious. The laminated flooring made the room feel and look clean. I liked that the shower and toilet were separated into different cubicles, and there was also a big bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The king-size bed was comfortable. The hotel staff, security, and cleaning lady were all friendly and helpful. They allowed Taobao parcels to be received on guests’ behalf, and I appreciated the robot delivery service to the room. However, there were a few drawbacks. The TV could use an upgrade — the screen size was small and most programmes felt outdated, with slightly blurred resolution. There are three lifts, but they were surprisingly slow, and we often had to wait quite a while when going out or returning to the hotel. The biggest setback was the WiFi connection. Although the staff helped to connect, it was very unstable with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating as I needed to work on my laptop. I eventually gave up and purchased a China eSIM instead. For a 4-star hotel, the WiFi really needs significant improvement. With China being so technologically advanced, it was disappointing not to have a reliable internet connection. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. I would consider staying here again if the WiFi connection is improved.

Great experience staying at the hotel. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. With great location in the city with many places to see and do within walking distance which includes train station very close by. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the start to the end. I lost my passport when I got out of the taxi when I arrived. I spoke to Ray Jiang and the other staff about my situation and they got onto it straight away! Not long later and they were able to get my passport back again. Their performance and customer support was at such a high professional level I can't thank them enough. They made my stay so comfortable I felt like I was at home.

房间很乾净整洁衞生，然后前台服务也很不错，主动帮忙搬行李，有机器人送外卖服务，可以随时让阿姨清洁衞生！

房间特别好，地点很繁华但闹中取静，和朋友来跑广州马拉松，酒店离天河体育场很近，步行就到起点了。而且酒店为跑马拉松的选手延时到15:00退房，非常温馨，这样比赛都不用带着行李存包了。好评，下次还会再来！

今次行程住了五晚，对酒店非常满意，酒店所有职员，清洁姐姐服务态度都非常好，事事热心帮忙。邻近地铁站，出游非常方便，周边也有很多食店，商铺，任君选择，如有选择困难症就惨了，哈哈哈.........！

房间宽敞，最喜欢房间提供衣架方便客人挂衣服在客厅。每天每人两支水，供应充足。早餐丰富，价钱合理。地理位置：虽然离太古出口不远，但沿途较黑，对喜欢夜游夜归的旅客不大方便。总体来讲酒店还是不错的！
