  • Guest：订房时看评价这家酒店服务各方面不错，性价比高，提前一天订了包早的零压房，第二天下晚入住，衞生并不怎么乾净，穿衣镜感觉没擦过，窗台上的墙灰也没有清理过，衞生间的抽风机声音像拖拉机，上了个厕所，感觉快要耳鸣了，打电话给总枱，説明天让师傅看，明天都退房了，等于没説。第二天九点多一点下楼吃早饭，被告知早饭九点结束，説早餐劵上有。入住的时候知道是包早的，但服务人员并未提醒。最后拿个了一个鸡蛋（两份早餐）。

  • Guest：房间太小了，房间装修风格还是以前老式的根本就不像是2019年装修的，电视机很小，冲凉房也太小了，都伸展不开，这酒店太坑人了
