Guest：My friend and I had a great time. The hotel is decent, clean, and close to the subway station. We checked in around 11 pm and were very much tired from carrying around our luggage. The girl at the front desk (employee number 21, I think) saw that we had large luggage so she upgraded us to a luggage-accessible room for free. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.
