Guest：Booked for NYs eve 2 nights and there was no internet and no wifi no tv no telephone So I contacted the reception desk and was informed that the whole building was down. I get that but I was not informed prior to booking and checking in either. I only found out when my guests were there and tried the tv and telephone and nothing worked. I expected more from Adina and I expected a discount of some sort of refund etc You’re welcome to get in contact with me if you would like to offer something as compensation thank you johnkiro72@icloud.com
Guest：Spent 18 nights here. This hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. All the staff were amazing including housekeeping giving the hotel an extremely friendly atmosphere. Was a pleasure to stay there, especially a long stay.

Guest：The hotel is extraordinary because parts of the hotel used to be a prison. Our room was in the new building. It was very clean and well equipped. In the former prison there is a very nice bar and a great swimming pool. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, a cinema, some shops and several restaurants. The stuff was very nice and helpful and showed us around.
