This location was idea for our stay. The accommodations were outstanding. Loved the breakfast choices. Felt very safe thanks to the unique and secure entrance. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only drawn back was the construction site next door. Highly recommend staying here.
We only stayed for one night so we booked the budget room. There nothing budget about the room. It was huge and very clean. It has everything you'd need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. 10/10
The Sweet Orange Guesthouse is a unique and wonderful location to stay. It is a renovated historic building which is beautifully designed and fitted out. The rooms, gardens and everything are lovely. It has all modern conveniences. The breakfast is brilliant and the staff are so kind and helpful. I recommend this place very, very highly.
We loved our time at the guesthouse. The room was tastefully decorated with heated towel rail, fan, hairdryer, minibar and the comfiest bed. The kitchen is spacious, with complimentary tea & coffee and gas stove for self-catering. The relaxation area outside is such a blessing with down lights at night along the pool you have an entire patio set, so tranquil. There are also sun loungers for the day. It was awesome. We relaxed here after a long day traveling sipping wine and enjoying some snacks perfect. The breakfast was delish, fresh muesli, yoghurt or fresh fruit cup, with several options thereafter. If you find friendlier and more efficient staff elsewhere, please let me know. Sweet Orange is within walking distance to shops and the beach is 900m, away. I would recomment this lovely gem and hope to revisit. Excellent value for money.
