  • Guest：LAXからシャトルバスが利用できて口コミが良く、简易的なキッチンが客室にあるということで予约をしました。??电気ケトルはありませんでした。バスドライバーとホテルスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで好印象でした。无料朝食も口コミで色々书かれていましたがシンプルだけど充分な内容で助かりました。多くを求めるのであれば1Fの売店で买うかStarbucksに行けば良いかなと。ロビーも広々としていてUberを待つ时など良かったです。空港シャトルの本数が明らかに他の主要ホテルより少なく乗车までに时间を要したこと、客室がペット利用も料金追加で可能らしく(ペット利用者専用の部屋があるわけではなさそう)ソファーに座った后に洋服に动物の毛がついたのがマイナスポイントでした。総合して滞在には満足しているのでまた机会があれば利用したい良いホテルでした。

  • Guest：We had so many problems! We never had as much trouble as there in a few days. The room was smelly and way to dusty. The sofa bed was terrible. My husband got an allergic reaction because of the dust in the room (not exaggerating. Didn’t happened in 3 weeks round trip). We got to change the room, then the air conditioning didn’t worked. It was way too hot to sleep. Then cold water run out as my little one was under the shower. (Not only uncomfortable but dangerous). Some of the personnel was very nice and tried to fix the problems,’others just didn’t cared. We were done after 4 days. At the end we changed for the third time the room and then the water was not hot because it was in an upper floor and the hot water was out of range. Overall terrible. Way to expensive for the lack of everything. Only good thing was the pizzeria outside the hotel. Unacceptable for a hotel of the Marriot chain.
