Guest：We stayed here as a family and it’s a Great location with amazing food. Half board really does excel, there is plenty of choice at breakfast and the dinner menu is superb. We have never seen Zander on the menu in a 3* Hotel, very good food with excellent staff who always went the extra mile. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Walk on to the slopes 10 metres and almost ski into the boot room, the ski room dried all the ski kit and the spa was a real treat.: 2024-01-01

Guest：We never stay in 3* hotels, always 5* or at least 4*, but as we started to book our NY vacations way too late, availability was very limited and prices are crazy (from 15 000 per week and higher for average hotels). And I have to tell you that we never regretted the choice. Even more - I was very surprised why this hotel has only 3* as it has everything you need - great location right next to the slope, pretty spacious rooms, great food during dinner, (if you are half pension), ski room, pool, 2 saunas, 2 restaurants, child playing area, area of billiard & ping pong, close proximity to the bus stop & nearby shops, good quality bath amenities etc. What I liked the most about this hotel - is their extremely welcoming and nice management staff - all the people from the reception are really nice and trying their best to make you feel at home. They helped us with all the necessary arrangements for ski classes for myself and my child, helicopter, taxi and other bookings. We had a nice room facing the slope on the 4th floor. No issues with noise or whichever. What can be improved: - the choice for breakfast is very limited. If you stay long, you may get bored. To add at least some vegetables or egg cooking station could be a good idea. - I couldn’t use Wi-Fi at all during our stay (May be it’s the problem of the room). Luckily I had a local SIM card with 15GB of data. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for few days more! Highly recommend!: 2024-02-01

Guest：We’ve just returned from a week’s stay with another family. Great hotel in a fabulous location, truly ski in, ski out. A massive plus is having ski hire in the hotel too. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very nice half board option and a great selection of wine, beers and cocktails which we enjoyed in the hotel bar. The hotel isn’t luxurious and in parts is a bit dated, however it’s spotless and comfortable with a nice pool/sauna and games room which makes it a great choice in a very expensive resort. My only criticism would be the shower in our communicating family room was a shower head you had to hold over the bath. Our friends next door had their shower head fitted to the wall with a screen. My knees were screaming by the end of the week from skiing, which meant kneeling in the bath to shower was very painful! Fitting it to the wall would make such a difference. Apart from that, book the hotel you won’t regret it, we may be back next year!: 2025-02-01
