Firstly unsure why this is called a wellness retreat, not really much to do in the way of wellness other than an outdoor pool. Staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Stayed in the top room and I’m pretty sure they have a mosquito problem. Killed about 15 over the course of 3 days (no I did not have any doors or windows open throughout this time so unsure where they came from). At first thought it was bed bugs but kept seeing mosquitoes flying everywhere. Also saw a few spiders and insects in the room. Secondly, the location. This place is NOT close to the city. It’s a solid 30 minute walk to the city centre and that’s walking FAST. At night, in pitch black, this is not something you want to do alone. It’s a safe city but there is no sidewalk and cars don’t always see you walking, can be quite dangerous. Yeah I probably wouldn’t recommend this place unless you had no other option or you just want to lounge by the pool and order delivery food all day.

Lovely peaceful place by the lagoon. 20 minutes walk to town, 10 minutes to the beach. Quiet, a beautiful pool area and spotless rooms.

Me and my brother have ended up in the "Onar" room which was located on the top floor of the second building and the "appartment" was very clean spacious, and offered a good view over the amenities of the compound. Very pleasant to access the pool. We had each one room and had a great sleep. Please, note that in order to access the compound, you need to go in town to the "Allure Boutique".
I literally loved everything about this trip there is nothing I could say other than thank you to the staff for going above and beyond and made my trip memorable for me and my friend , clean, beautiful pool , quite area near by the beach !! Will return for sure
