The units are run down, the front door had major gaps letting in cold night air, the bathroom is from the 60's and the plumbing is crumbling, the heater didn't work, the bed was sagging and had a light blanket in winter (ie, the room was freezing and there was no way to warm up). Went to a different hotel because it was not livable in December.

Perfect spot for exploring New Orleans. Situated in the French Quarter, but not on super noisy Bourbon St. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very well maintained with very polite and accessible staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was larger than many vacation homes in Aptos. Great choice - highly recommend.

The rooms were great felt more like an apartment then a hotel which was great for us because we wanted to do a lot of cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed!

Fantastic location, larger room that I expected with good kitchen, only hot tub I could find in the French Quarter. I was positively impressed and will return.

Appartement grand et très propre. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Manque un peu de vaisselle mais on s'arrange. Cour intérieure vraiment spacieuse et belle. Manque un peu de chauffage pour le bain à remous et piscine non chauffée mais ouverte (1ère semaine de décembre). Très bien situé. J'ai adoré

Les lieux sont accueillants et d'une propreté irréprochable! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous aurions souhaité rester plus longtemps. Le studio était confortable, chaleureux et impeccable. Le personnel est courtois et accommodant. Il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine, mais le jacuzzi était très agréable, surtout après une longue journée de marche. Nous reviendrions certainement à Grenoble Houde et nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet hébergement à nos proches!
