In un quartiere silenzioso e suggestivo al riparo dal frastuono del centro, al primo piano di uno stabile si trova questo delizioso e curato b&b con camere pulitissime e accoglienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e assistenza da remoto come se si stesse in un albergo con reception. Mi sono trovato benissimo e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Located along a hill side in front of San Saba church, this very secure place is very welcoming. Beforehand, Ernesto sends you a video and the different codes for entry in the apartments on the first floor. Spacious clean and bright room and well-functioning bathroom. Fridge and coffee and thee facilities in the room. Everything’s very clean and extremely calm. If you arrive early or leave after check-out, you can leave your luggage in the communal kitchen. Ernesto is extremely helpful: he responds immediately and very efficiently to any question you have. We are very greatful for his repeated help! For breakfast I would suggest the Verso bar on the way to Piramid, and have a bite at closeby La Villeta restaurant where locals come.

Pulizia perfetta, cucina ben fornita e ottima posizione a 11 minuti dalla metro blu (per Termini e Colosseo) e 5-10 da vari pullman e tram che portano in tutta Roma. Anche l'arredamento è nuovo e curato. I letti comodissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!

这家民宿位置不错，通过携程预订的话要自己打电话联系新宿老板，他会发大门和房间的密码给你。老板意大利口音有点重，哈哈。民宿在二楼，公共区域挺大的，有微波炉和饮水机，还有一个公共洗衣机。房间不大，一米三的床躺两个人有点挤，建议一个人住。房间内有自己的浴室和厕所玩，有一个小橱柜和小冰箱，基本够用了。每天下午都会有人打扫，走的那天遇到了打扫的小哥，目测东南亚血统餐厅热情的。如果需要临时寄存，走的时候把行李放在公共区域就行，大门密码一直到晚上九点前都有效，只是不能进自己的小房间而已，服务挺周到的。房间隔音不大好，介意的建议带耳塞。

Thank you for your reservation. The room you have reserved was a SINGLE room with a bed 1,4meters wide very confortable for one person, not for two. The size of the SINGLE room you have reserved is much wider than the average size in Rome.The rooms are soundproofed with 45cm wide walls but unfortunately when other guests exceed with the noise it is not possible to do a lot. When we receive complain we call immediate the noisy guest to ask for silence. In your case we didn't receive any complaint. Thank you and see you again in RomeAndrea @ BePlace

Il posto è carino, però non ha camere con balcone. Stanza confortevole. è stata l'occasione per scoprire il Rione San Saba che è delizioso

I received messages/emails from the hotel how to get to the hotel and how to get inside the building, so I had no problem checking-in, except I got lost inside the building. The room was clean, bright and tidy. There are restaurants in a walking distance, so quite convenient.
