  • Guest：My husband and I stayed at this place for 3 nights. We had our own private patio with a view I could not stop observing. Our walks within the area included waves crashing upon the rocks, a huge array of plant life, and so much more. The hotel was an incredible value and the staff was absolutely fabulous. We also ate in the restaurant which provided additional views and delicious food.

  • Guest：This lovely hotel is located at Marina de Maratea 5 kms south of Maratea proper (and has a separate train station that many trains do. It stop at so check your train ticket!). The hotel does have a shuttle and they kindly picked us up from Maratea station. Rooms are very pleasant and in really good order. The restaurant onsite is excellent. Breakfasts were delightful as was the dinner we had there. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a private beach, but there is a public one close by. Wifi in rooms can be weak at times but is strong up in the reception lounge. The hotel has a great indoor pool and bar area. All up if you opt to stay near the beach then this hotel at Marina de M is a fantastic option, we really enjoyed it.
  • Guest：I stayed at Hotel Martino several times with my family and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s a family owned business, and the nearby restaurant called La Locanda di Nettuno, is where you will have breakfast and lunch or dinner if you have a half board plan. The owners are 100% customer-focused, especially Antonio at reception and the restaurant, and Andrea, the chef. Rooms have a fair size, they were recently renovated and most of them look at the sea. At this hotel, you will experience one of the best sunsets of your whole life from your room, every day with different tones and colors. Lots of good quality options for breakfast (fresh fruits, bread, cakes, yogurt, cereals, coffee and tea), excellent seafood-based food with top notch local ingredients at the restaurant, always very clean and a beautiful and well-maintained garden and a private beach are some of Hotel Martino’s strengths. They also have an indoor pool that you can enjoy from 9 to 7pm.
