My favorite in Venice. Stunning views of the Grand Canal, impeccable service, luxurious rooms. Be sure to try the bar's signature Pink Spritz. It's a masterpiece of flavor, and its colors perfectly match the lanterns on the Venice embankments.

一大早6点抵达的飞机，水上taxi直达酒店码头才7点，担心太早可能酒店不给房间，但酒店很nice，立马办理入住。本来是安缦满房了才定了瑞吉，到了发现这个瑞吉极美，满意！

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

订了一晚一万多元的阿斯特小套房竟是这样的，挨着电梯，窗对着屋顶，门对着走廊的空调和杂物间，根本就不符合套房标准，应该是这酒店最差的一间房。向酒店前台提出换房，第一天説没房可换，上网查了还是有很多房的，説第二天给换，到了第二天説要加2000欧元才给换，重新订一间也不用2000欧元，体验超差。

房间宽大，酒店位置非常好，走出去很近就是商业街。酒店一楼的餐厅和酒吧都非常值得一去。晚餐菜单更棒，景色优美。
