Hotel needs a refresh badly. Hot water took at least 7 minutes to get hot. Gym equipment needs to be fixed and buy new equipment. It’s fine for the price but don’t expect much.
Room condition was good. Very remote location for entertainment and restaurants. Restaurant in hotel below average. $22 a day for parking is crazy. Lobby unatractive and confusing.
The staff was so great here and the rooms were clean updated and the shower was hot! The bed was so comfortable. Alan at the front desk was so helpful. Great staff and room!
Good value for the stay. Suite space was go,od. Hotel is slightly dated and while clean, requires upgrades to the corridors, elevators and rooms. Nice overall experience. Staff was wonderful. Overall clean and comfortable.
Felt we were being overcharged for parking. The tables in the dining room were sticky. I ordered a hamburger to go waited 45 minutes and I got a cheeseburger overall the hotel was not what we thought it would be and I wouldn’t return to it.
Nicht empfehlenswert
Ein soso Aufenthaltich empfehle es nicht. Die Lage ist nicht gut der Shuttleservice zur Metro ist schlecht. Ohne Auto ist man verloren.
Im Restaurant bleibt man am Tisch kleben (schmutzig) Bedienung ist langsam. Das Zimmerpersonal ist auch nicht besser es fehlte immer etwas.
