Heureusement qu’il y a la climatisation chaude et que les chambres ne sont pas chère! Sinon le personnel était vraiment au top, toujours prêt à nous rendre service!
Room is clean. I arrived at 0700 and they gave me the room already. I like the flooring, not sure if it is real wood or synthetic but it is very clean. Wifi is strong and fast. The only setback is the water gets easily cold. But overall, I will recommend.
Super nice room and very good central location for sapa, far enough away to be quiet but not too far from useful stuff in city. Staff are incredibly nice as I actually had to arrive a night early due to other accomodation falling through and still were able to accommodate me at 1 in the morning and found a room for no extra fees.
