We had a lovely time at Pulteney House, the room was very warm and cosy, verry pleasent owners and very good spot to walk 10 minutes into town for the Christmas festival, would highly recommend staying here.

2nd Stay , visited Christmas market again, stayed in King size bedroom which had a very comfortable bed and very nice updated ensuite. The bedroom was quite and clean and the owners are very friendly. This is a room only guest house, which was fine for us as there are plenty of places to get breakfast nearby. Free parking is so handy and it is only a short 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. We also walked around Bath not just the Christmas market area. It was handy the Guest House was close to the centre as you could go back for a rest before going out again in the evening. We would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Pulteney House a few times every year for a while now, and it’s always such a lovely experience. The place is super clean and comfortable, and the family who run it are so warm and welcoming — they really make you feel at home. There’s loads of parking on site (a big win in Bath!), and the location is perfect — just a short walk into the city centre for all the sights, shops, and restaurants. It’s also really handy for the train and bus stations. I’d happily recommend Pulteney House to anyone visiting Bath — it’s always my first choice!

The hotel is in the most brilliant location for exploring Bath city. Just a short 10 minute walk over the bridge. The availability of parking is an absolute bonus. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Room was excellent with a great shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was well kitted out. Parking was also good.

Stayed in the basement room.. The people coming in at late at night do forget your are down there And we had a night walker above us but that's nothing they can do about other guests rudeness. But that didn't mare our stay in any way. The rooms are lovely and clean. Plenty off tea and coffee by the kettle. And the people running Pulteney was really helpful and kind. Cant express how nice they are. All in all a. Lovely stay

Lovely position in Bath, off road parking. Walking distance into city. Friendly hosts and have stayed here many times. Comfy bed and facilities. We stay in the Victoriana room which has lots of space overlooks the front of the house on the 1st floor. Recommended

This was a lively stay in Bath. Attentive and friendly hosts. Our room was great with kitchenette which had all including washing machine. There was no noise from great soundproofing. The walk in to Bath each day was easy - not far at all - enjoyed the walk over the bridge into Bath.

The family who run this accommodation are very friendly and welcoming. Our stay only lasted a short while but we found the location very convenient and the accommodation very comfortable. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Bath!
