We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding cleanliness and parking.Please be assured that we use a professional cleaning service for every turnover to maintain high standards. Unfortunately, in large buildings, occasional pests can appear, especially when attracted by food smells, but we are actively working with pest control to minimize this.Regarding parking, we understand the concern. The rates are set by the mall, and while we have no control over them, thus we have stated clearly that no parking is included, and only paid parking option. You can also try to get some street parking behind the building, which is charging only RM16.50 for entire day (11-hours).Your comments are valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience.

Our service currently includes amenities such as a water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, kitchen utensils, water heater, TV, and soap & shampoo dispensers, among others.
