Room was nice but at check-in there was an extra fee for the bar whether you used it or not that was not talked about at time of booking.

Mr. Archer, as is typical for all hotels, what occurred is that we took an authorization on your card to give you credit with the hotel to purchase movies, drinks, etc. and charge these to your room. This authorization is a hold only and if you choose not to make use of these services, the authorization is released by your bank after you depart. This is not an extra fee for your room. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify.

The front desk people are always so nice and friendly. Truly appreciate them and always making my crew and myself welcomed every week. They always make it feel like home away from home. The front desk crew (we normally check in around 3pm) they go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need.

The room was nice and looked much like the pictures, but smelled of big spray or something chemical in the space. Bathroom space was very cramped. There was a school team of some kind running up and down the hall late into the night, and the hotel placed us on the ground floor where all the foot traffic had to pass by, so we probably would have enjoyed it more without that :-) For the cost, there are less expensive hotels in Dublin that offer more for the money but this one is nice.

从没住过如此酒店！入住2天没打扫衞生。一问説3天打扫一次，第三天也没打扫，然后预约第四天打扫，晚上回到酒店説忘了打扫。我都气笑了。第五天我也不想打扫了要了几个浴巾。酒店没有牙刷，拖鞋等必备用品。要了2天要到一双拖鞋。反正要住就做好心里准备带齐必备用品。

Hyatt Place Columbus/Dublin is a select service hotel. That means each hotel you stay at might have full service and different amenities available. Hyatt Brand has transitioned to express housekeeping which means on the 3rd day you will receive services -trash taken out, towels replaced, and soaps replaced-If your stay encompasses extended stay then on the 5th day you will receive a full linen change. We currently have toothbrushes available at the front desk and other amenities. If you spoke to a manager on site during your stay, I would truly appreciate knowing which Team member you spoke to. I would love an opportunity to earn a positive score and provide a more enjoyable stay for you. I hope you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, free parking and our newly renovated gym. Great location for Zoo visitors with lots of local options just slightly further away from the walkable chains. One of the elevators was out of order due to renovation/replacement, but it is good to see that the facility is beikg taken care of and updated. Great breakfast and water pressure.

Clean, quiet, and welcoming. The spacious rooms and city views offered a peaceful retreat, while the outdoor pool was a refreshing bonus. Breakfast was fresh and filling, and with McDonald’s and shops just a short walk away, everything I needed was close at hand. A restful stay in a convenient location.Would highly recommend!!
