Such a unique and beautiful with breath taking view, each corner is thoughtfully decorated with collections from all around the world. TJ is exceptionally warm and friendly, and so knowledgeable, that truly feels like stepping into a very welcome home.

We had an amazing time at the Patrician! My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was the perfect place to do it. TJ was an exceptional host, and the service and attention to detail he gave to our stay was the best I have ever experienced at a boutique hotel or BnB like this one. We will be recommending the Patrician to everyone in our lives who is looking for a peaceful getaway or a perfect home base for exploring LA!

Amazing! This place is wonderful. It’s an immaculately curated experience. TJ and breakfast time are a time to plan the day and chat and then off to explore all kinds of places. The house is spotless and very unique. I loved staying here!

Stunning home right in the hills. Loved all of the historic details about the house, but with modern amenities. TJ was the best host and elevated every touch point of our stay!

T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay!

Great view from the hill top. Very quiet neighborhood. Super host TJ served us breakfast, offered travel tips, a fun guy to talk to! It is about 15 minutes drive to downtown Pasadena. Not a big deal but just know the house is on top of a hill. And two of the rooms are Jack and Jill. Thanks for the experience and connections!

A unique B and B with an upscale breakfast. An interesting property with gorgeous views. The host is most welcoming. Our queen size bed was quite comfortable and we had our own bathroom which was not recently updated. This property is quite close to the rose bowl(15 min drive) Beautiful neighborhood but not walkable as there are not any sidewalks. The house is a historical house and decorated with antique furniture.
