La atención del persona es excelente. Solo que se escuchan los ruidos de los pasillos y de las habitaciones que están juntas. La ventilación de los ba?os es muy poca.

Todo muy bien. Te reciben el auto y lo llevan a guardar. Los alrededores muy tranquilos. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que la habitación que me asignaron hubiera estado más al frente porque está más bonito.

Check in perfect in time, very nice people attending. Room very clean. Very central locations, good restaurants, churches and markets.

Ability to move guests to other rooms where is not noisy. Staff to listen attentively to concerns of guests and speak to other guests to respect noise. Housekeeping staff were rude and when I requested a towel and toilet paper they had an attitude. I asked the lady if there was a problem and she said that is the way she talked.

If you, like I, are intersted in the colonial, historic part of Querètaro Hotel Madero is THE place to stay. Situated in a beautiful part of town, in a street with no cars, just great local atmosphere, a little plaza and people playing music. It doesn't get better.

Great location, awesome rooms, the restaurant was average, the only thing was the parking, they offer vaket parking however if you visit the place in a special Holiday then it will be highly likely that near streets will be closed and you won't access to the address where you should delivery your car.
