Lovely place, beautiful room, amenities and great staff. Definitely suits people who don’t mind stairs but worth it for the views and the peace and quiet away from the busy roads.
Great food and cocktails from the bar, and ice cold air conditioning! Great place

в номер заползли тараканы ( тк последний этаж и на потолке в ванной щели, заклеили их скотчем сами ?? и нам оставили дихлофоз ) сотрудники быстро решили вопрос, приходили на обработку и потом убрали останки тараканов ??) но в целом не очень приятно
можно дойти пешком или доехать на туктуке до ‘центра’
завтраки из меню, но можно попросить чего то меньше / больше
в целом было комфортно, номер небольшой, темновато и шумный кондер
такой деревенский вайб, как и на всем острове в целом)

Second booking with Vela Terraces and we made the same request to put us in a lower floor so we don’t have to climb all the stairs with our young toddler but unfortunately they were fully booked so we got a room on the 4th floor. It wasn’t that bad because the staff helped move ALL our luggage for us and we had 2 large hard suitcases plus a huge backpack carrier and multiple smaller bags which were all heavy. Very much appreciated the help! Since we knew about all the stairs from the reviews, there’s nothing to complain about. Despite no free upgrade because they were fully booked, the bed like the first time was very comfortable and the service was just as good as the first. The bathroom however wasn’t as nice as the Family room which was where we stayed during our first visit. It’s an open shower with a piece of glass that covers half the shower but water can still spray out. The bathroom light kept flickering and there were some ants. But all in all, it was still a good stay. AC worked well and they provided bottled water. If you want a better room, book the Family room on the 2nd floor! It makes a difference! The hotel is close to Dayon Kamo Food park which is a cute place with multiple food stalls. Great food, live music, love the atmosphere!

Останавливались в этом отеле с 31.01 по 3.02. Остались только положительные впечатления. Очень доброжелательный персонал! Девушка на ресепшене помогла нам с ранним заселением, за что ей отдельная благодарность. Отель находится в очень тихом и уютном месте. Единственный небольшой минус, жили на 5 этаже, было тяжеловато подниматься и там плохо работал вай фай. Но вечерами сидели у бассейна, там интернет хороший. При выезде в аэропорт нам предложили трансфер за небольшую стоимость.
Ужинали каждый вечер в кафе Manggis, тоже очень приятные ребята обслуживают. Особенно понравилась карбонара и бургер с курицей) в общем, однозначно, рекомендую отель для проживания!

10-15mins walking distance away from downtown. Many stairs to access the rooms but what can you expect from a hotel called "terraces"... It didn't bothered us that much. Large and comfortable room. They have a restaurant on site, very convenient, good cost for value and nice atmosphere. Front staff very helpful and nice. We could book a tour and a transfer to the pier.
