  • Guest:I am just back from a four-night stay at the luxury glamping pods at Corrifodly Holiday Park. Upon arrival, if you enter the registration plate of your car in before arrival the barrier will automatically go up. I updated this with no issues as I had upgraded my car. The park was well-kept and was lovely and peaceful. The pod itself was lovely and spotless. I was there as a family, with two children aged (14 & 10) and our dog. The pod was spacious enough for a family of four, but I would not recommend it for six adults. The small patio area is a nice feature and when the sun was shining, it was good to go out and sit in, chairs are a bit uncomfortable though so I had to use a cushion from inside on the chair. There is a lockable gate before the stairs which is suitable for small children and keeping the dog in. My partner likes to fish, he fell going down the hill and advised it would be good if they had an accessible route to the stream. I did say to him, that it wouldn't be safe for small children and he then agreed with me. Upon arrival, our pod was ready before our time, and we did have access to it, luckily we did arrive when we did and not later as I had paid for bedding that was not in the pod. One of the reasons I have taken a star off is, that I find this a bit of a con as it is £20 per bedding, (so one double sheet, quilt, and two towels), but I thought this would be for all the bedding and I had to pay an extra £20 at reception for extra bedding. If I knew it was going to be £40 in total I would have taken my bedding. Luckily, I took our towels as one towel each for four days would have been disgusting by the end of the week. There was no problem for housekeeping to drop the bedding off at our pod whilst we were exploring the local area. We did have to put the bedding on ourselves. Cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, and condiments there was a great variety within the pod. The reception staff were lovely and advised us on areas to walk the dog in the park, my daughter loved this and hid stones around the woodland walks. She was so happy when someone had taken her Scotland flag she had painted! I have also taken a star off due to the facilities within the park. The park was suitable for all ages, but the inside area needs upgrading and ensure that there is chalk for the pool cue and the ping pong ball in the facilities. There is no restaurant, bar, or shop on site. I think the site would benefit from a small shop, especially in high season. There is a post office a small walk down the hill but it closes at around 3 pm, so the nearest convenience store is in Blairgowrie which is about a 15-minute drive. Overall we had a lovely experience, and all the staff were very welcoming we would stay again but we like to travel around Scotland so may not stay at this particular park again.
  • Guest:We booked the caravan with a hot tub as a last minute break for a mon-fri stay and were extremely surprised that it was still available and at such a reasonable price for the quality received. The caravan is so clean considering it is dog friendly, you would never know there had been anyone in before you. Caravan is filled with all the basic amenities you may need for your stay. We especially liked the fact the caravan and hot tub was all fenced in and gated as have been to previous accommodation that is dog friendly but has no gate. Could comfortably go in the hot tub knowing that our dog was safe in the decking area and didn’t have to be shut inside. Thought it was great that the hot tub gets cleaned everyday too! The walks on site were also great for our dog, one at the riverside which takes you along to the bridge of cally hotel and a woodland walk along the top of the site. Although not a lot in immediate area, Blairgowrie is a short 5-10 minute drive and we ventured to Pitlochry for the day which was about an easy 30 minute drive. Only thing that would have made it even better was if there had been a bar on site which we were under the impression there was. Overall a very nice stay and we look forward to visiting some of the other Wood Leisure parks soon.
  • Guest:Stayed in a 3 bed luxury lodge with hot tub lodge was spotless with a great range of kitchen appliances hot tub was cleaned each day we had a problem with the shower flooding but we spoke to the 2 guys cleaning the hot tub and it was fixed within 30 mins great service from to friendly happy to help guys we went to the games room both days I would say there’s a lot more they could do with that building / space but we get that it’s a place to go and just chill would deffo come back again
  • Guest:An absolutely brilliant few days. Such a quiet site, great scenery. Our caravan was immaculate. Towels, tea towels, hand wash, washing up liquid, tea coffee milk and biscuits provided. We didn't arrive until just gone 8pm, heating had been switched on for us and it felt really cosy and homely. Didn't get chance to have a wander on park but am aware its not like a "big" park like a Haven with all sorts but I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will get to come back.
