Guest：The location is amazing, at the end of the valley surrounded by stunning mountains. Nice mountain building from outside. With snow everything was beautiful except for the room. I experienced B&B and 2 stars hotel better mantained and renovated. The room was very small, tiny old bathroom with broken towels, old green furnitures and no view. For a 3 stars hotel I expect something better in comparison with hotels of the same class in the region. The dinner was tasty. Breakfast has food variety but is poor for people who are allergic to dairy products, the staff did not demostrate interest to accomodate this special needs. In 2024 it is essential to offer variety for people who have food allergies or intollerances. Especially cause this is an hotel in a village reachable by car, not a hut in the middle of nowhere on top of mountains. Overpriced for the quality of the service provided.

Guest：Hotel mediocre. Ci è stata data una camera mansardata, con bagno molto piccolo al limite della vivibilità. Pulizia camera e locale curata. Buffet colazione con troppi prodotti confezionati e prodotti da forno congelati (pane e brioches). Merita invece lo speck. Cena con piatti da mensa con poca fantasia. Mancano piatti tipici sudtirolesi. Buffet delle verdure limitato solo a 5 tipi di verdure. è l'unica struttura ricettiva a Predoi, quindi i prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media per un hotel 3 stelle.
Guest：Le struttura è datata; tre piani senza ascensore, con scala e struttura in legno. Le camere hanno arredi vecchi e brutti ed i bagni sono minuscoli e vecchi (piastrelle rotte, doccia che mi è arrivata in testa un paio di volte prime che mi rassegnassi ad usarla come doccino). La pulizia però è buona ed il personale cordiale e gentile. Al piano terra, i locali (ristorante , stube, bar, reception) sono state ammodernate e si respira una bella atmosfera da baita di montagna. Ottima prima colazione e buona cena! Parcheggio solo esterno. Posizione fantastica alla fine della valle aurina. Consigliato per la colazione e per la posizione, ma sulle camere dovete avere spirito di adattamento.
