Great hotel in a quieter part of Venice but excellent for train station and short walks to key districts. Hotel room was cosy with good space however not so great at blocking noise between rooms. Comfortable and would certainly stay again.

挺有意大利風情的，百葉窗、兩張小小的床。早餐基本都是這樣，水果麪包居多，還有火腿和培根。總體還行吧～

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Carlton Capri! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout my visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and very convenient for exploring Venice.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for rest after a full day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent as well: comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning.
As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and well taken care of. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

Netter Empfang und gute Tipps an der Rezeption
Ger?umiges Zimmer, super Sauber und ruhige Lage.
Supermarkt und Restaurant innerhalb von 200-300m
Bus, Bahn und Wasserbus auf der anderen Seite des Canale Grande. Die Brücke über den Kanal hat viele Stufen was bei viel oder schweren Gep?ck berücksichtigt werden sollte. Zu bestimmten Zeiten gibt es auch Gep?cktr?ger an der Brücke
Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebengasse. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig altbacken. Aber alles sauber! Insgesamt macht es einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit
Das Frühstücksbüffett ist reichhaltig:
Rührei mit Schinken, Croissant, Obst, Gemüse, S?fte und Kaffee. Mein Zimmer im dritten Stock war etwas hellh?rig bzw.

The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good.
The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience.
