Guest：从满洲里去锡林浩特，正好路过东乌旗，天气也不好的，就下331国道找到这家酒店，价格合适，衞生乾净。床单有点污渍，呼叫前台立刻就给换了，服务态度很好。: 2025-08-01

Guest：这次自驾游中途在携程上就近搜的，只为了中间休息酒店环境一般也能预料到，所以没有很高的期待。入住时要求线下交按金，之前在携程上订酒店没有遇到过，但也按要求用付款宝刷了按金，説离店後检查没有问题会原路退回。但酒店特别恶劣没有沟通在我没有任何消费的情况下扣了20元，还无理説我没在收到退款时及时反馈。是在我们离店的时候，我跟前台重复要求了两遍，希望他们先查房我们再走，如果有问题可以及时解决沟通。服务员再説没问题，让我们直接离店就可以。在第2天下午查看付款宝的时候发现了退款问题。打电话跟酒店询问説我用了两个一次性的浴巾。我们家人出行都有自带浴巾和洗护用品的习惯。尤其是到草原因为图中有些酒店只是沿途路过住宿环境不会很好。但酒店前台服务员特别蛮横的説房间里我们入住前有在我们离店後没有，而且反问我为什麽不在收到退款的时候去跟他们沟通。首先，我作为客人在离店时已经要求酒店查房後我再离店，其次我没有用过酒店的任何收费物品，在自驾途中已经被前台承诺无消费按金会原路退回，在我多次的旅程中都没出过差错，能在第二天想到看按金还是因为行程相对轻松看得比较及时的。我已经离酒店几百公里了，也不能再返回和酒店去核对。虽然钱不多，事很恶心人！写出来是让住店的旅客避雷，千万核对好後按金退回再走！！！: 2025-08-01
