When we arrived to the hotel (booked two rooms) one of them was not ready for the rest of my family to stay in. They said that doesn’t normally happen but it still messed up our day plans from waiting for them to prepare it. There is no brooms in the hotel rooms and it can get very sandy if you go to the beach. I asked the cleaner if she was able to tidy the floor in our room.. there was a bit of a language barrier in asking her but it’s okay, it worked out. Me and my partner left the room to go down to the pool area so the cleaner could clean. We noticed that the sun beds were all full so we went to sit on the couches near them. The owner told us we cannot be lounging like that. (Laying/sitting sideways as you would on a sunbed) so we got up to go somewhere else. He stopped us as we were walking away and said no you guys can stay but he wanted us to sit up straight ??? Pretty confusing. We asked why we can’t use the couches and sit how we want if every other sunbed was occupied.. he didn’t provide a clear reason. (We also told him our room was being cleaned so we would just be a few minutes) Also the assistant guy to the owner is pretty creepy. Will look you up and down and smirk at you if you are a young girl. Made me uncomfortable. Also they WAYY overcharge on drinks. Around 5- 10€ for a beer or something.. it’s like 2.50€ in other places nearby. Unreasonable. Otherwise our stay in kos was amazing!! Highly recommend visiting the beach:) The blonde woman working at the bar was very kind on the other hand

De cleaning service van EFTI was enorm goed. Relaxed zwembad en schone kamers! We zijn er met een aantal vrienden heen gegaan. Het was van het vliegveld tot het hotel godd voorbereidt. We zijn met de bus opgepikt en konden binnen enkele minuten inchecken!

We arrived late at night and were met by Angela very friendly and helpful. We were tired and when we got to the room my other half was not to happy as the bathroom was small and the lounge area cramped . I said let's sleep and see tomorrow. Next morning I had a shower water pressure good water as warm as you want it the general feeling then was it's a place to lay your head and it was clean and convenient. The old lady cleaning our room was very thorough and clean the rooms and shower very well. The food at the bar was well prepared and presented .there always seemed to be maintenance guys tidying and fixing bits or cleaning the pool. We stayed 10 days and only thing I could complain about was mosticos Angela was a lovely host Mario could have of days but sure don't we all.

L’appartamento dista pochi minuti dal porto e dal centro della città. L’appartamento in cui ho soggiornato (n.25) è fantastico! Cucina ben attrezzata, letti comodi ed una terrazza attrezzata con lettini ed ombrellone dove potersi rilassare. Il cambio degli asciugamani avviene giornalieramente ed il personale è molto educato e sempre a disposizione. La piscina viene pulita quotidianamente. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per posizione, professionalità e servizi offerti! The apartment is just a few minutes from the port and the city center. The apartment I stayed in (n.25) is fantastic! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrella where you can relax. Towels are changed daily and the staff is very polite and always available. The pool is cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place for location, professionalism and services offered!

Mario is een uitstekende gastheer van het zwembadcafé appartementen Erato. Hij cre?ert steeds een leuke ontspannen sfeer. Na het strand kun je in het zwembad lekker afkoelen en ontspannen. Mario verwend zijn gasten met hapjes en drankjes. Regelmatig wordt een BBQ avond met griekse live muziek georganiseerd. Door de gastvrijheid van Mario kwamen wij graag naar het zwembadcafé.

We recently stayed at Erato Hotel in Kos and had a wonderful experience. Mario was an exceptional host, always attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was definitely the pool and the pool bar – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also a big plus, conveniently situated near all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

What a warm welcome and helpful staff . I really cannot recommend this place enough with a pool large apartments plenty of facilities and bar , restaurant and great music. The staff were all lovely and I can’t wait to get back ! Don’t forget the pool party on Sunday which I loved also . Location is good nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Kos town but not far from bus main station .

It’s a decent hotel. You get what you pay for. It suited me and my girlfriend as we are a young couple and it’s location was very good for its price. It’s a small hotel so there was never any rush to the pool for sun beds , it has a lovely pool area. We only ate one time at the pool and it was decent food and priced fairly. The negatives of this accommodation came from the lack of cleaning the rooms. We stayed for a week and the maids came most days but for some reason they only changed the towels 2 times the whole week. Me and my partner didn’t bother making a fuss about this but I don’t know how east of an issue it is to resolve based on pervious reviews. The only other negative I have is that the staff constantly have changing attitudes. At the start very pleasant, then towards the end just acted very sarcastically for no reason and was very abrupt in his answers. Overall it’s an average hotel in decent location
