Не очень понимаю тех, кто оставил отрицательные отзывы. Мой check in прошел идеально (предварительно, за пару дней до заселения, задал уточняющие вопросы по бесплатному по телефону с сайта). Англоговорящий менеджер быстро нашел моё бронирование и прислал в what'sapp инструкцию по заселению. То есть, если за два дня до даты приезда вы не получили на почту такую инструкцию - не стесняйтесь звонить через сайт, а потом общайтесь в what'sapp: отвечают быстро.
Комната (у меня была N1) в идеальном состоянии, лоджия тоже, кондиционер работал прекрасно. Ванная и туалет общие на пять комнат, но проблем в этом не вижу. Всюду чисто, туалетная бумага, мыло и прочее - в наличии.
Большая кухня с овальным столом посередине, посуда на любой вкус, газовая плита, микроволновка, тостер, холодильник. Там же стиральная машина, утюг с гладильной доской.
Ну, и соседи оказались вполне приятными людьми!
Check out в 11. У меня вылет поздним вечером: в аэропорту сидеть около 10 часов неохота, на улице с рюкзаком в жару - то ещё удовольствие... Мне беспроблемно разрешили остаться в лобби, там удобные диваны, не жарко.
В общем, за эти скромные деньги - вполне приличное жилье. Кому на одну-две ночи - рекомендую!

We had one night and it was correct. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but there were no problems with other guests. It is suitable for short stays.

I wish that I could reach the property owner in case of any help I could ask for
Upon my arrival, I had no way to enter or find out way to retrieve the key to the room. Meaning anyone who had a reservation will have to wait without knowing how long. It would not be a good experience at all. Luckily, someone drove by in a car and gave me the code to the key locker. Which went rather fast.
The front door to the building seems problematic…unsure if that is the way I open or not. Even with key set.
The housekeeping crew did well, but they seems eager to get rid of me from the bathroom even though I was just showering and it was not yet my check-out time.

This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room here, only to find that I wasn't given the correct pin code for the room key, as I booked it through Trip.com. The owner came to the building to open the apartment and the room door for me. We saw that the room had not been cleaned at all and still had everything that the previous guest had left in it. The bed was a mess. The owner then drove me to another building in a completely different location at a completely different hotel. 15 mins drive away. I had to listen to the owners wife coughing and snorting and laughing in the passenger seat too, which was very unprofessional. Not to mention I didn't receive a single apology for the whole ordeal that lasted from 00:00 - 03:00am. When I got to the new hotel, I was told to go to Floor 2, Apartment 12, Room X. I went there, and couldn't open the door, so the owner came there and said he left the keys at his home. So we drove to his home, then drove back. Dropped me off at the hotel entrance and I went up to Floor 2 using the smashed up filthy elevator with room for only two people. The owner said that there's a €7 hotel fee. I refused to pay this as this was the worst hotel experience of my life.
I opened the door. I walked through the gritty hallway to arrive at my room. The bed was wet and damn, the room was very very small, there was no toilet or shower, and I had to open the two towels provided to place on the bed so that I can sleep on a somewhat dry bed.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially through Trip.com as they claimed that everything goes wrong when booking through this service.
