Guest：There's not enough superlatives in the English language to describe just how good the Riva Hotel really is. The staff were extremely efficient and polite, and attended to our every need. Our room in Villa 6 was huge an well appointed, with perhaps the nicest bathroom in terms of finish and appointments I've ever seen. Guest：One of the best hotels. We came again, as we like to do every year. Best service from reception to departure. Great comfortable clean ( spotless) rooms. Overlooking the promenade of the lake . Parking available, and hopefully the spa will be ready soon. ( nice swimming pool on top of hotel is great in the summer). Breakfast is great. Recommend it warmly, will come again.: 2023-10-01

Guest：A modern expensive trendy hotel with every possible facility but rather lacking in soul. Overlooks the lake and walkable to the Meersburg ferry and Konstanz centre. Good service, room, bar, restaurant and breakfast. Also sauna and gym if you like that sort of thing. Restaurant food prices as expected but wine prices simply excessive. We rebelled and went to Konstanz for our 2nd and 3rd night dinners.: 2024-06-01
