Good value for money. The room is clean and spacious. Only one downside — the shower head is fixed and quite high (old style). It would be better if it had a movable handheld shower.

This was my 2nd time staying here, i love how its not near busy streets but its also safe at night & about 15 min talk CIQ via the overhead bridge! The concierge is always v nice & friendly, TV complete w streaming apps. Its definitely super clean, well safe to say i'll definitely be back ??

酒店位置太偏，根本不好走。入住訊息檢查很慢。班車車次很少，需要提前好幾個小時預約并且只有到火車站的。熱水是最糟糕的，每次都只有1分鐘不到出熱水，然后就成涼水了。但是整體環境還可以。所以勉強給個3分。 The hotel is located in a remote area and it's really hard to get there. The check-in process was very slow. The shuttle bus service is very limited, you need to make a reservation several hours in advance and it only goes to the railway station. The hot water supply is the worst, it only takes less than a minute for the water to turn cold after it gets hot. However, the overall environment is acceptable. So I'll give it a 3 out of 5.

房間在馬來西亞中已經算很不錯了?，有點像國內的快捷酒店品牌，基本上該的都有，服務態度也很不錯，記得需要100馬幣的按金??

Hotel is pretty near places like CIQ and KSL. Take like 10 min drive. Good food nearby , near to afew good cafes. Already returned back to this hotel 3 times , one of my go-to for affordable accommodation.

The room is clean and cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They provide a free shuttle to CIQ and complimentary coffee every morning. The only drawback is that there’s only one mamak restaurant nearby, so you’ll need to take a Grab if you want to go elsewhere.

服務非常好，因為房間沒有冰箱，前臺幫我把東西寄存在廚房冰箱。附近確實在施工，房間提供了耳塞。主要入住率比較低，所以沒什么鄰居的噪音。住過另一家排名靠前的酒店，環境確實更好，但是客人太多了，一直很吵。我更愿意住這里。酒店后面是R&F Mall，很方便，過個天橋就能吃飯購物。
