For clarity, our Deluxe Twin Rooms (2 Queen Beds) are designed for 2 guests, and all amenities are provided accordingly. Upon your arrival, our front desk initially offered an upgrade to an Executive Room at no additional charge. Executive Rooms feature 1 King Bed, a sofa bed, a small living area, and a minibar. After your request for the Deluxe Twin Room, we assigned the room as requested. Please note that all Deluxe Twin Rooms at our hotel are connecting rooms of different categories, which is standard policy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve communication and service for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.

As we currently do not have dedicated hotel parking, we understand that the distance to nearby parking areas may not be ideal for guests driving in.
