The staff were friendly but the room was not clean or comfortable. It was very small. The bedding was acceptable but the windows were dirty and there were marks on the walls.
Basic but clean and warm. Staffing was very thin on the ground in the morning although the unsupervised breakfast was fresh. Nobody was around take payment!
The staff was extremely friendly. Shout out to the older man running breakfast cooking and serving solo,wasn’t easy since there were so many people. The hotel itself was older but had charm.
Hotel car park was full, street parking occupied.

Linen was clean
Shower was very poor
Bed was comfy
I have stayed in much cleaner establishments for significantly cheaper
Rooms were dirty cold old fashioned single glazed windows so lots of damp shower was only just warm at best heating the same cool not hot !!
Missing items from breakfast menu not worth the money will never be back
The hotel is on the main street of Dunkeld but my room window was to the internal yard with hotel parking. Very calm location. Good size room. Very large screen TV set with Netflix. Great choice for breakfast with large portions. Very polite and helpful hotel staff.
