The Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile.
The resort location and beach front is great.
The resort itself was clean but dated. The building and amenities were in need of an update 20 years ago.

Things were “ok”. Hot tub was out of order for over a week, only one elevator working and then it stopped for 1/2 day during our stay. Things around the resort feel a bit tired. Many of the staff were awesome.

Me gustaría que mejorarán las amenidades, un poco aburridas. Quizá hacer algunas actividades en el SKY bar que es un buen lugar pero es poco repetitivo.

Tarde 1 hora para que me dieran mi habitación por cierto muy desagradable todo viejo demasiada humedad varias cosas sin funcionar olia mal, tantoenrecepción como mesero s y mas personal pésimo servicio áREA DE ALBERCA LOS MESEROS TE IGNORAN COMO SIEMPRE SE INCLINAN POR EL EXTRANJERO

Each room we had reserved had its own quirks. Hotel needs major upgrading. Affordable for what you get. Staff and service was amazing. Spa treatment was amazing. Pool bar closed at 9 which then left the skylounge where no children under 18 were permitted. We were in there one evening and saw 3 children under age of 10. Then we tried to take our child and we were kicked out. Different rules for different people. It was an all round amazing experience and great vacation!

Negatives….
The pool was disgustingly dirty-we didn’t swim after the first day
Our room the toilet was leaking and smelled like mold. We switched to a different room. Still mildew smelling but not as strong.
Front end staff were grumpy and unwelcoming
All in all the hotel is run down. Looks like the plan is to tear it down and make it part of time share which they try and sign you onto right away.
We will not return to this hotel

Me encanto laa opcioens de snacks que ofrecen , pescado frito, tacos de pescado y pastor , todo genial y aunque el menu de restaurante es poco variado esta muy rica la comida , la alberca climatizada super agusto , servcio de bar en la alberca hasta las 10 pm , eso genial .y lo mejor dan cerveza modelo . Solo que la las habitaciones lea falta un poco de mantenimiento en generla

Elegí este hotel por las fotos sin embargo la habitación olía mucho a humedad, la se?al de internet en éstas, no es buena ni para celular, imposible intentar conectar una laptop, solo dos enchufes trifásicos, tomé un plan all inclusive y no tenía minibar en la habitación entonces tenía que bajar a los bares si quería una cerveza o un cocktel o un snack, nunca encontré comida de mariscos en los buffets, en las cenas temáticas que había que reservar tardan mucho en servir y tomar la orden aunque el restaurant no esté lleno y sólo te limitan a tres tiempos, sólo un día de los que cené ahi, nos ofrecieron café; la comida en general si bien no es mala, la calidad no es tan buena y es muy repetitiva, a mi check out, el cual es a las 11 (muy temprano si vas de vacaciones), cuando en otros hoteles es a las 12 con una hora de tolerancia, solicité resguardo de la maleta y sólo me dieron la opción de hacerlo hasta las 14:00 horas; el único bar que esta abierto en la noche, no ponen música variada o de otros géneros, no a todos nos encanta la banda o los corridos, ni hay pantallas, si uno quiere ver algún deporte o escuchar otra música, hay que regresar a la habitación y hacer una espera en el lobby sin una pantalla es muy aburrido, por ello definitivamente espero no tener que regresar a este hotel ni lo recomiendo.

This is not a 5 star resort, but, all the staff treat you as a 5 star guest. The staff from the front desk when you first arrive, the doning crew, all the bar staff, pool and Sky Bar, cleaning, housekeeping, gardener. Hope I didn't miss anyone, as every single person went out of their way to make it an exceptional vacation. Thank you.

Rooms need up dating, pool and patio area needs to be pressure washed. Staff were polite and attentive
