Das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht richtig warm. Die Heizing im Bad wurde nicht warm und das Zimmer war insgesamt eher kühl, obwohl der Heizk?rper auf 23° gestellt wurde.

Wir hatten ein stilles Zimmer und bequeme Betten und konnten wunderbar schlafen. Gerne wieder

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas ?lter, was seinen eigenen Charme hat. Das Frühstücksbuffett für 10€ war sehr reichhaltig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen.

Staff were extremely helpful even though I misread my itinerary.

Hosts were great, room was clean and well taken care of. Building is older but maintained well. Breakfast and service was friendly, helpful and very good!

Propiedad limpia y segura. El desayuno incluido está bastante bien. Estacionamiento sin costo.

Sono stato in questa struttura con dei colleghi durante il periodo della fiera di Colonia . Abbiamo prenotato il pernottamento e la colazione era a pagamento ; 10€ al giorno che per 2 colazioni fa 20€ . Al momento di andare via sono andato in reception e ho consegnato i 20€ in contanti per poi scoprire , ormai in aeroporto che un mio collega aveva anticipato i soldi per tutti il giorno prima . Ho mandato una mail alla struttura allegando anche lo scontrino del pagamento del collega e chiedendo un bonifico dei 20€ pagati doppiamente ma ovviamente non ho ricevuto nulla ........bella serietà .....complimenti

Aucune presence a notre arrivée tout s est fait par telephone ce qui fut tres pénible car difficulté de se faire comprendre
Propre mais equipement nul
Meme pas la possibilité de se faire un petit café ou de commander en chambre
Sinon petit déjeuner tres bien et varier
Devrais etre mis comme relais plutot que hotel
