Guest：I truly recommend to stay in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in, dined in and checked out you can feel their warmth and hospitality. Considering that the hotel is affordable there is free breakfast and rooms are clean. They gave us free drinks and banana which we brought to eat in our van while on our way to Hanoi. The welcome tea is also nice, we even got another round while waiting for our grab on our 2nd day.: 2025-11-01

Guest：I booked a mountain view room and indeed the view from the room is stunning. However all of the rooms has smell that I cannot stand . This is personal preference. I originally booked 3 night but the hotel kindly let me refund 2 nights so I can switch hotel without that kind of smell. Location is a bit off the central Sapa but still walkable to town with some incline walks. Mao from front desk is sweet and helpful: 2025-11-01

Guest：Good clean room, had a massage service downstairs. Hotel didn’t have the room that we booked but was ok to move us to a bigger size when requested: 2025-12-01
