6 nights on the top floor room facing The ocean. Spacious room and clean. Furniture average and beds comfortable. Standard amenities. Walk to the beachfront. It felts like our own villa as we were the only customer in this low season.
This place is a gem. If they update the room furnitures it is a 5* deal for the price of a 3*.

This was a last minute find. We had a previous hotel that messed up our reservations . Found this on a whelm and it didn’t disappoint. Decent safe parking. Bear the Rock . Private beach access as well as Pool. Breakfast included . We got beach balcony room and it was perfect . They do get monkey traffic so do not leave things out. The extra bed was pretty thin and not comfortable but doable. Met the owner. Very nice lady who comes in from BKK from time to time. Speaks good English and will tell you stories how the hotel was her childhood home (use to be just a sand dune and small house until her family built the hotel). At the time of arrival, the hotel was hosting 12 artist from around the world for 3 weeks. Nice to watch them work during the day in the lobby area . Birds in cages make nice sounds and it is landscaped w good vibes and energy. Few issues in room like burnt out bulbs but nothing inconvenient. Provided bottles of water each day and coffee/tea 24-7 in lobby.
Very good location, best spot to catch sunrise on the beach. Friendly service and clean room. Breakfast is good ( a la carte style) with various options such as American Breakfast and Thai style like fried rice and rice soup. Hotel is actually quite old but still in good conditions
A simple yet a wonderful hotel and very friendly staff. Situated away from all the city noise. Empty amazing beach right at its doorstep.
Breakfast is simple and welcoming.
All in all I’ve had a very positive stay here and will definitely stay there again, if Imm evert in Hua Hin again.
