Забронировала и оплатила отель на 2 суток с 20-22 октября. Приехала в 8:30 21 октября. Мой большой номер на 33м2 был не готов. Мне сказали прийти в 12, я объясняю, что номер уже должен был быть готов номер почти сутки, потому что я оплатила за 2 суток, и сути из 1-ых суток должна была прожить там всего 3 часа, то есть номер должен был быть готов 21 час назад.
Но они настаивали, чтобы я пришла в 12 часов, что они меня не могут заселить. Окей, пришла позже - они стали показывать номер, но не той категории который я проплатила. Маленький и грязный. И простыни и сам номер. Пришла вниз, сказала, что не подходит, хочу свой номер. Они предложили в соседнем отеле - сходила посмотреть - там номер ещё меньше чем тот, который мне предложили. Простыни были в крови и клопы ходили. В итоге мой номер , который оплатила они мне так и не предоставили, в грязном номере жить я не захотела. Пошла в отель Lakshmi в трех минутах от них. Дважды пыталась вернуть деньги за проживание через службу поддержки, менеджер отеля уверял, что они согласны на возврат средств за не оказанную услугу -?проживание?, однако когда подавала заявку - дважды они сами отклоняли. Не честно поступают, делают вид, я не не понимают, строя из себя дурачков. Обман. Вранье. Грязь в номере. Вообще ничего позитивного кроме того, что рядом со станцией.
Прошу вернуть средства.

Best hotel with normal price. Rooms was cleaned and hygiene. Rooms size was good and the staff is supportive.

I asked for late check out they agreed with some charges but at time of checkout they charged full amount room given was not proper a/c was not working properly suggest they appoint some trained staff

I had average stay because i asked weather hot water will come for bathing hotel management said no water will not come after journeying to delhi i would like have bathing with hot water that is way it's average stay room is good and spacious clean's of bathroom and toilet is good overall i rate this property 3/5 average

The good part about the hotel is that it is very close to the railway station. However it is not meant for families to go and stay. The ambience is very average and can only be used if the railways waiting lounge is full

I have given my phone to show the booking confirmation but the hotel guy has given the rating without my consent. I check this later only. If I have to give rating it will be 1.
One side of wall with paint peel off and AC switch is hanging from the wall. Some insects in the bed… etc. I am very much disappointed with the booking.

Location is good nearby pharganj market and new delhi rly station is 2 minutes walk, but the room which was first given to me was too short and not as specified or selected by me at the time of booking. But after making complain to mm t they changed the room. Hot water was available only in the morning, no geyser was there.
