We stayed one night, in one of the little orange villas. What a great find! So quaint and well thought out, and clean. Loved that they included a little New Testament Bible in the nightstand!
We ate on site and really enjoyed our (early) dinner and breakfast. There's an outdoor raised area that we ate at -- where we could hear the birds, feel the breeze, and be out of the rain.

no reception so: if you don't speak English or Thai problem, moreover without a phone it's not possible to call to get the room code. Quiet place during the day but in the evening music in the village and early in the morning loudspeakers broadcast the good word to Thais before their national anthem. The room is good with a large bed

Positive: Friendly staff, good dinner, clean
Negative: No reception, kitchen closes 7pm and open at 9am.

Wir hatten ausgezeichnete Zeit in ST Resort erlebt, sch?ne Villas und das essen hat k?stlich geschmeckt. Für Kinder gibt es auch Fahrr?der. Die M?dchens side uns bedient haben waren immer vor Ort für uns da gewesen. Das Kaffee hat am Montag Ruhe Tag!

This hotel is owned by a cool couple, allowed us to check-in in at midnight , answered their phones, great fantastic service in their restaurant, live band, ... self serve coffee in a machine - well done both of you!
Recommend this place over that s---y Baandin Chiewlarn Resort nearby which is irresponsible.
Stayed here 3 nights, I am very thankful the other resort wasn't responsible, we found a hotel we can recommend to others, yes more expensive, but you pay for what you get.
Well done and I will be back if I am in your area.

Not much in the general area but had a small street festival for the locals.Thai Music and dance and food vendors.
The ST Resort (siamese tin resort)is an excellent stay for 1 or 2 night stay while touring Thailand.Highly recommended if on a Motorcycle tour or car just to relax and take a breath..
The tin cafe has some for the best food I have had in my travels though Thailand..!Has an amazing history as it was a tin mining area..

The property is beautiful, quiet, further away from the city center. Our room has the bathroom that is outside the room but you have your own key. The room and bathroom are very well clean. Bedding is comfy and big. The downside is, nevertheless, the view (depends on which room you get) our room window is on the bathroom side where people would walk pass and therefore it’s not very private and not the best view you’d expect. The room is not soundproof. You can still hear noises from the room next to you.
