Good location, staff were great and very friendly. Doesn’t have any extra amenities in the building but your able to walk across the road to the sister hotel and use theirs.
Only issue was the second floor common area( floor I stayed on) smelt like car urine or something like that? The rooms were good and had no smell, but having to walk through that area everytime was some what of putting.
Despite that, I would certainly stay here again.

Good location, friendly and helpful front desk staff, room was clean. Appreciate text message on road construction closure and alternate route.

Conveniently located close to Banff Avenue. During the winter ski season, there are nearby ski resort shuttle buses, so overall the transportation is very convenient for travelers without a car.
Housekeeping cleans the room every day, which is excellent—coming back to the room each day feels like returning to a brand-new space.

Very ideal location specially when you love the view. You can see the mountains, river and from the balcony got a chance to see a deer roaming around! Facilities are old but clean.
