I really appreciated how clean the room was. It was wonderful having toiletries in the shower. The one issue I would’ve had is that they were doing water work, and there was only one sign notifying me of that. The water came out rusty and if I didn’t know it was going on. I would’ve freaked out. I think they should’ve told me when I checked in. Otherwise great service and convenient.

We found Cow Hollow Inn and Suites about 20 years ago. It has become our favorite place to stay in the City. It is always very clean, the staff is always helpful, the parking is free and it is in one of the best locations in the City. Wonderful and fun restaurants and bars along Chestnut Street. Perfect for morning walks to the Palace of Fine Arts and the Marina Green. And, the adjacent restaurant, Home Plate is very good and convenient for breakfast. The recent remodel makes it even better!

Great location & walkability, modern rooms, and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Free parking was also a huge plus. Extremely worth it for the price point, would definitely recommend.

Among our 12 days trip 4 hotels in California trip . This is the best hotel ever with reasonable rate. Clean and new renovated room make us feel so good, safe and comfort.

整体入住体验良好，酒店地段出色，出行和就餐都十分便捷，客房整洁舒适，工作人员服务尚可，自驾可免费停车很加分。装修偏简约实用，但有很大油漆味，临街房间略有噪音，不影响正常居住，性价比凑合吧，适合短途旅居。

I had a super clean and spacious room, and the staff were really friendly. All the facilities, including the elevator, worked smoothly. The area felt safe, and I could walk to Super Duper Burger and Walgreens in 5－10 minutes. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Public transportation made it easy to visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Pier 39, and the Ghirardelli Chocolate Experience. I felt much safer here than in the Union Square area. I didn’t rent a car, but the parking lot looked big and convenient.
Considering how expensive San Francisco hotels are, the price was pretty reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice location with access to many restaurants and we road Bay Area Lyft bikes to get to the park and enjoyed exploring

这家酒店很老，但是在旧金山这个地理位置加上这个价格非常不错了，窗户是封闭的。停车免费，但是车位稍显紧张。而且个别车位设计的极其不合理，非常容易把车剐蹭了！还好有全险。总的来説还是非常不错的！

Accommodation is near the marina district. Takes awhile but walkable to fort mason and ghiradeli square. Bed was too soft but the plus point is free parking with gated facilities on the basement carpark. Public transportation from the hotel was also easy to commute.
