Location is the best. The hotel is small but cozy, the roooms ar clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms and great breakfast..

The room was comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was good but the facilities (shower, tap) are not client friendly. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms are not sound proofed at all despite this claim. Loads of noise, very thin walls. Also three night stay, complimentary water only on first night. Very weird.

Middle of downtown near all the greatest restaurants and shops. It is the Rodeo Drove of Madrid. Perhaps they need a fitness room but the breakfast was pretty delicious. The food was well prepared and they hand juiced the kiwi and orange juice so there were many healthy options. There was also lactose free milk so you could overindulge in your cereal if you’d like.? You cannot smoke in most places in Madrid and not Many places for a cigarette nearby as well so keep that in mind. There is a cigarette stop near the walk to the New Ministries metro station but that is like 1 km away.

Noemi, at the front desk, was amazing. Her professionalism, energy and thoughtfulness was very helpful. She have good advice about things to do around town and always greated us with a hearty welcome and a big smile. She made the ICON Embassy feel like a home away from home.

La ubicación es excelente si el interés del viaje es estar en Serrano y esa zona. De lo contrario, hay mejores opciones en Madrid por el precio.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación muy estratégica en pleno centro, accesible a todo: Metro, tiendas, restaurantes, parques, monumentos, etc… Limpieza muy buena, instalaciones en excelente calidad y el personal muy amable; Todos ??

Excelente ubicación La tarifa contra los servicios que ofrecen están completamente en disparidad. Las sabanas duras y acartonadas, tienen una cafetera en la habitación pero no dejaron cápsulas de cafe ni tazas. Marqué a recepción subieron cápsulas pero nunca llegaron las tazas. A mi parecer le falta un poco de mantenimiento al elevador y las habitaciones, se ven un poco viejas. La ubicación es extraordinaria.
