  • Guest：check-in was fine. the room itself is okay. the toilet never seemed to flush completely. the toilet roll holder also kept falling off. it seems like the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. also my key-card seems to always not work. i have to get front desk to help me re-activate my card, this happened maybe like 5 times in the 3 nights i stayed. the immediate neighborhood is not bad, about 7 minute walk to the train.
  • Guest：Honestly I love staying in Prati when we go to Rome. This area of Prati in general has tons of restaurants and of course gelato. Our favorite coffee shop is right around the corner from this hotel Sciascia Caffe. The hotel was quiet, clean, and family friendly.
