Guest：I went here with my mum for 4 nights expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t that and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You won’t go hungry! Snacks available when the restaurant is closed and drinks all day until late. This place is great for couples or families as the entertainment team have lots to keep everyone busy. Pepe the mascot was also a favourite. Location was brilliant right on the front. The rocks house lots of chipmunks and I actually sat and got them sitting on my lap. Hotel is also disabled friendly with ramps and lifts and you can hire mobility scooters. The only slight downside to the resort is no aircon in the rooms but you can hire a fan for a couple of euros per day which helps and it’s a windy island so nice breeze when windows open. It was particularly hot for the time of year we went as there was a heatwave and daytime reached around 34. The island is a lovely place to visit, nice beach and harbour about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nice little shops and bars. Plenty of places to eat if you prefer to eat out. We will certainly be going back!
Guest：Recently returned from a weeks stay at the Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel, in the main we did enjoy our stay but we will not be returning to this hotel due to the room outlook. The room was located in an alleyway and was very closely over looked by the rooms opposite, we asked if we could change or upgrade both were refused. We don't mind a land view or even a street view but to sit on your balcony or room and to look directly into other peoples rooms and be overlooked as well is unacceptable, the privacy of these rooms was very poor, so sorry we wont be returning. ( see pictures or our outlook )
Guest：Another great experience at our favourite hotel. Been visiting many times over many years and are always amazed at how all staff go out of their way to ensure each visit exceeds the last one. From reception to maintenance staff you are treated as friends rather than guests. Service in the restaurant and Bar is 5 star. Food is varied and plentiful. They will cater for special diets, just let them know. If you need to refresh tea or coffee, they are available, at breakfast. Hotel is always busy, especially with return visitors, but renovations are always being undertaken. All staff are worth a mention but wuld be unfair to pick out individuals as each and every member, of each team, go out of their way to ensure your holiday is memorable. Looking forward to our next visit in January and wish all staff "Feliz Navidad y próspero a?o nuevo"
