My experience was terrible! I've been 3 times in this hotel in the last year, and this time was the worst. The guests in the other room were extremely loud with music at night, and after complaining in reception, they turned off the music and continued the party in the balcony. The hotel needs a better soundproof system. The shower took 5 minutes to deliver warm water, which was bad considering people who takes a shower in the morning and leaves in a rush. I tried calling reception by phone from my room in the morning 4 times over the spam of 10 minutes, and the phone was disconnected. In addition, the previous transportation to the airport facilitated free of charge by the hotel is now at a cost (not only for your pocket by also for your legs if you're 1'75+ m. tall). I will look for better accommodation options in the future.
Dice que es gratis el shuttle del aeropuerto y no es cierto, cobran 5€ por persona. Le ense?é el anuncio al de recepción pero dijeron que era culpa de Trip, sin embargo es error de los dos de la app y de ellos por no estar al pendiente te de lo que se publica
