Further away from things, was dusty and not clean as other hotels we stayed. Public bathroom downstairs was always clogged. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom was small room was small. Didn’t have airport shuttle like advertised on ******* from airport to hotel.

We had a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurts included in the rooms. They packed a lunch for us when we left before the breakfast was open. The rooms were clean and stylish.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage ok. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers l?sst zu wünschen übrig. Es wird ein durchschnittliches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Ckeck out ist meiner Meinung nach sehr früh, bereits um 9.00am.

The Mamasara staff was amazing and attentive. Unfortunately the area across the street is a little run down. Although breakfast is included, there is no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. However, there are plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute short walk down hill. My friend who stayed with me had severe altitude sickness and I had to attend a dinner with a hiking team. The front desk manager went and got a bowl of soup and brought it to our room along with some oxygen for my friend/roommate. That is truly above and beyond customer service!

The hotel was booked for us by the Salkantay Trekking company, it's located further from the center of town so quite. The water was super hot and they even packed a lunch for us since we were leaving very early the next morning. The front desk guy was very quick to check us in also. Would definitely have stayed here more days.

We had originally booked at an adjacent property, which was shut down. Thankfully this hotel had availability and was also of great quality. The property is large, the rooms are appropriately sized. My only criticism of the room is the placement of some of the electrical outlets. Hot showers. Supportive beds, comfortable pillows. The breakfast included was a great arrangement of fruits and yogurt and cereal. The staff were thoughtful and able to pack us up a bagged meal for our early exclusion. Special shout-out to Jeans, one of the conceirge / everything staff. He answered our many questions and requests despite the language barrier. Thank you so much for all the help, it was truly appreciated. Luggage storage is also offered.

Stayed here with a group of travelers. It’s a nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast. Breakfast has coffee, teas, fruits, cheeses, bread and eggs. The staff were all very nice and accomodating. It’s a little further from the historic plaza than I thought but still very walkable. We had some early mornings and they even packed us little snack bags when we left before breakfast was served.

I had the most amazing night at Mamasara. It was my birthday and they decorated the room with roses and chocolates and allowed me to have late check out which was very kind. The room was very comfortable, a great bed and bathroom with all the amenities and super hot and powerful shower. Delicious breakfast in the morning and lovely staff. So cheap too I couldn’t believe it!
