酒店位置不錯，街對面就是地鐵站，離圣三一教堂不遠，步行10多分鐘到，酒店早餐豐富，停車位稍微少了一點，總得來説還不錯。

Stayed for 4 nights and i regret booking this hotel.
Small rooms, unhygienic washrooms. Only 1 day room service given. And the guy responses on reception were awful. I won’t recommend anyone to book this hotel. Better try some other hotels.

I didn't like it. I arrived there First time 1th september 2025 at 5am, and went inside asking for help because the taxi driver wanted to cooned me big time, charging me 10 times more that the regular aplication Bolt where u get the trips and I didn't sign for this. Instead of helping me they didn't bothered at all and protected the taxi driver, ( that end it up not even being a real taxi driver). We booked two rooms. Both were dirty, with all Kind of things under the bed , one even had a cockroach, and dust acumulated on the floor. The bathrooms of both rooms had a filthy smell, I think the pipes had a problem. They have a gym but only one machine was working. The rest were broken. I have to say they had a pool that was good and in general workers there were kind and nice. It's also well located and some of the rooms have a very nice view, I wouldn't go back though.

Check in的時候。我們走進酒店大堂就是在平臺上的圖片，那座大樓有Tibilisi inn的標志和門牌。。結果走進去以后，前臺服務人員把我們帶到了街對面的一座樓。大樓的入口并沒有酒店的標志，而是一個m開頭的酒店名稱。前臺工作人員告訴我們那是block B ,是屬于同一個公司的。我們就相信了。辦理了入住結果。無論是景觀還是硬件設施，根本不是如圖所示。我們訂了兩個房間，11號房間和19號房間。這期間我們到前臺要求打掃房間，結果根本就沒有給打掃，還讓我們特意留了鑰匙在前臺。等我們出去游玩回來發現根本就沒有清掃房間扔垃圾。19號房間空調不制冷，房間非常熱。也沒有人給一個解釋。臨走check out的時候，我們想把行李寄存在酒店前臺。結果前臺工作人員問我們要收取50拉里的費用。而且只要現金。后來我們來到block a,也就是一開始我們來到的那個tibilisi inn,那個酒店的前臺前臺小伙子很爽快的幫我們寄存了行李。由此可見，這兩座大樓根本就不是服務對等的。我們感覺受到了欺騙。在這里嚴正抗議，希望平臺給予處理。。

Hotel 10/10 servicio excelente y desayuno perfecto. Llegamos pronto por la ma?ana y aparte de invitarnos al primer desayuno, nos prepararon la habitación la primera para poder entrar pronto. Todos muy serviciales; si vuelvo a Tibilisi, reservaré el mismo hotel. Y tiene un rooftop para tomarte una cervecita excelente!

位置絕好，對面就是地鐵。酒店風格也很好，非常復古。。。但是不能細看，枕頭被子還有好幾根金色頭發????????????

メトロ駅から近くてとても便利です。掃除のおばさま達がとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
街中が停電した時は自家発電を行い、充電、冷蔵庫、部屋の燈りは使えましたが、エアコンは使えませんでした。

Hello i glad to be stay in this hotel, actually all the service and the facilities are worth it also affordable. you guys can stay here i recommend it because this place also close from public transport like bus stop and metro train.
