Trist hotell. N?stan endast pension?rer h?r. Frukosten ?r trist. Finns mycket att v?lja p? men det ?r l?g kvalitet och tr?kiga uppl?gg. Kaffet ?r riktigt d?ligt, juicen ?r fr?n maskin och smakar illa. Billiga p?l?gg och billig yoghurt. L?get ?r d?ligt, tar 15-20 minuter att g? till de centrala delarna och resturang kvarteren. Notera ocks? att det ?r mycket (!) branta backar. Rummen ?r ok men kala och opersonliga, s?ngarna ?r h?rda. Liten tv med d?lig mottagning. Wifi fungerar knappt n?gonstans och n?r det fungerar ?r det mycket l?ngsamt. Litet kylsk?p utan hyllor, ingen mini bar, ingen vattenkokare. Parkeringsgaraget ?r f?r litet , alltid fullt. Man kan dock parkera gratis p? gatan. Lite anm?rkningsv?rt ?r att personalen inte h?lsar. G?ller b?de reception, matsal och st?dpersonal. Slutsats - Ett hotell som l?tsas vara mycket finare ?n vad det faktiskt ?r.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die wundersch?ne Poolanlage mit Palmen und herrlichen exotischen Pflanzen war zum Schwimmen und Relaxen eine echte Alternative zum zeitweise recht ruppigen Naturstrand. Als Ausgangspunkt für Spazierg?ngen in die Altstadt perfekt, sehr sch?ner Fu?weg durch umliegende Parks. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen ideal. Das Hotel selbst l?sst kaum Wünsche offen - sehr sauber und modern, technisch gut ausgestattet, riesige bequeme Betten. Das Personal immer nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert w?re gewesen, Badem?ntel ausleihen zu k?nnen, ansonsten alles fein, wir kommen gern wieder.

Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

非常好，服務員特別熱情又好，距離海灘不太遠，周圍有一家超市。早餐不錯，室內室外都很大，景色美麗，自助晚餐更豐盛！價格20歐元，可以選擇酒店的晚餐。

The hotel and rooms were clean, and staff (especially in the restaurants) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the coffee machines were very slow and the menu could be more versatile. Dinner had more variety, though I missed red meat. Parking was a real issue – spaces inside are very limited, and while you can park nearby, it often takes a long time to find a spot. Wi-Fi was weak in our building and frequently cut out. Also, the in-room safes are only available for rent, and the gym listed on the website isn’t part of the hotel but a paid external facility. Overall, okay stay but definitely room for improvement.

varié et produits frais.Petit defeuner copieux.le personnel est sympathique.L'hotel est 15-20mn du centre et proche de la gare routière pour visiter la Orotavaet autes sites.Le + mini golf.
