The experience here on December 29 thru the 1 st of Jan was not all that bad. In a group of 5 with 2 rooms no effort was made to try to keep us together until I had to get a bit creative. The attention to customer from the front desk definitely need improvement, their behavior was obvious that they do not like what the do, to the point that you would come thru the front doo and they would turn their faces so they wouldn’t have to greet you . In my opinion that is poor customer service. My first morning breakfast the coffee was cold, the sausages were soaked in water like if they were boiling instead of grill . Other than that rooms were nice and the housekeeping staff were attentive.

酒店正在進行翻新，分到的六樓房間已經裝修完畢，新是新了許多，但目前還是有一點點味道。早餐免費而且質量還算不錯，停車費10美金，房價也不高，作為過路中轉一晚還是性價比不錯的選擇，特別是對萬豪會員來説。

Friendly staff, good location, nice rooms. It was a business trip and it was everything we needed.

The layout of the room is very spacious but dated. Nonetheless it was clean and quiet. We only stayed for one night so it was fine. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Decent hotel to stay
It's a decent hotel, not very surprised. It could be cleaner and the AC under the window is noisy and hard to set at a steady temp.

The staff that we interacted with was very friendly and professional.
We stayed for two nights and had left the hotel after the first night or about 3 hours. When we returned, our room was not cleaned. We were a little disappointed about that issue.
The breakfast was great and Yvonne was so friendly.

Dont stay here
Breakfast is nearly as simple as possible. Quantity very poor. Constant empty containers.
Also no toilet paper. Not even the remnants of prior role.
Breakfast area being cross utilized as check in due to construction. I WILL NEVER stay here again. For the cost, it should have been nicer. Apparently owner needs a new car. I should, and will have stay at Holiday Inn Express from now on. Heed my post and avoid this hotel.
