  • Guest：The bed mattress need to be replaced but room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. BUT the comp valet parking for Shands Hospital patients but not for VA patients, and VA patients served their country and they should definetly be comped but was told I did this reservation thru a 3rd party and they could not comp the valet anyway.
  • Guest：Spotless room, really cool layout w/great use of space. White noise machine in the room is a very smart and welcome amenity.
  • Guest：The hotel was nice. The staff wasn't great. Valet was a joke. They said to text for the car. When we went out to get it there wasn't anyone around. He finally came out of the back looking like he was sleeping. Told us the texting doesn't work all the time and he tells people not to use it. I wouldn't go back for these reasons. Front desk person has no personality.
  • Guest：Beautiful room with wonderful amenities. This is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that had a sound machine, which was a nice touch.
