Hello! we are sorry to know that your experience wasn't what you expected. Our policy guarantees check in from 3pm and onwards, your comment calls our atention and will definitely look up on that. All our rooms have been recently remodeled and we have some cathegorys that maintain the original essence of the house, maybe there was a mix up on what you expected from the room, but we have both modern and colonial rooms. Regarding the rest of the comment, we will make sure our amenities have proper instrucions for those who struggle with operating vaults, tv or any other gadget in the room.
